WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT LEAD-TIME?

All our items are handmade and because of this our current lead-time is 3 - 5 working days plus delivery.

At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm that you have read and understood the current lead-time before placing your order.

When your order is ready you'll receive an email confirmation confirming your order has been dispatched.

CAN I REQUEST MY ORDER IS SENT AS A GIFT?

Yes of course!

Please add a note at checkout confirming your order is being sent as a gift and any message you’d like to include and we’ll ensure the order information is removed and sent direct to the email address provided on the order.

WHAT DELIVERY COURIER DO YOU USE AND WHAT IS THE COST?

All our orders are delivered using Royal Mail and Parcel Force dependent on the weight.

Tracking details will be provided if applicable.

Our standard shipping charge for UK deliveries is £4.95 per order and we currently only deliver within the UK.
